    Not at all process oriented, though they have 1200 employees. I liked the team I was working with in SBU3.

    Dislikes

    No process implemented. Every month delayed salary. Payroll person is very unprofessional, he is the biggest loophole in the company. Management not concerned about employees, nothing in place. Onboarding takes hell of time. No salary on time. No proper communication. No induction. No mail interaction. No employee engagement activities. NOT worth joining this firm until they set the right process and payroll. TAX deductions are too high. No benefits ..

    There is no work culture in aloha—zero company policies. You can join for a good hike in the initial days—worst management.

    Dislikes

    Even if you do hard work a full year at the time of appraisal they will increase your salary only by fix amount It doesn't matter how much experience you have. The company is full of politics. The work environment is not so good. Freshers can try their luck here. There is no work-life balance. The only thing which is good here is that you can get good teammates.

    This company has flexible work timing, lots of project and good salary increment

    Dislikes

    Work timing is very bad, lot of politics at senior level, To much workload, no comp off, no incentive, junior employee has no respect, you need to stay overnight, No work culture, they dont even host flag on nation holiday like independence day and republic day, no one appreciate your work. There are only few people who are good and manages project well. I worked here 10 month
