Since it is a consulting agency, they have no direct projects . They will provide false promises for joining you in this company( like you are already in clients project). Then they will put you in bench. Even if you get selected for any client project , it is completely depend upon the lead there. If he doesn't like you , you are screwed. Not completely disliked , Need to do cloud certification, have to plan your timings accordingly. Free online learning subscription is provided. I find difficult in this to balance the time.
