Cool company to work with... Joined here as a fresher became team leader within 5yrs span. never thought would stay here for long. Friendly atmosphere, good people management.

Dislikes

No hikes for 3 months and this happens every year. Salary is bare minimum should pay more to employees atleast when they get promoted. hikes are not great

Definitely work-life balance is too good here.Good admin team,good facilities in terms of transportation, cafeteria etc.You are motivated to innovation if you are in a very strong team like compliance,audit, project,stretegy.Good support from business unit level.overall I spent good time here which is more than three years.

May be the equal composition of external and internal people can help to improve the companies thought process.You are never awarded for the think what you innovated here.Overall I will suggest to fill the managerial position at least 50 percent by external people so that the thought process will be developed for new things which isreally required for business.Some times too much tenured people create barrier for so many good things being not having any industrial experience. The topmost negative point is job security.now a days people are loosing self respect for the same.again the problem is with unnecessary recruitment not company. You need to keep always sword on neck while working on daily basis you will not be sure that you will work tomorrow or not. There is no job security. There are no extra hours paid for extension of shift for business purpose you need to work like dog in day in day out.
