Honestly there is nothing good about this company and if by mistake you get hired in corporate office trust me you literally will open door to hell for you.

Management has failed this organisation. Earlier when MD himself was involved at that time he used to take care of employees more than the organisation, he literally used to maintain that positive work culture but then company started growing and he got occupied in commercial stuff and CEO started looking after whole organisation and there things started to get worse, he literally has this favourtism thing going in the organisation, in every plant he have some people who are not working for company but particularly for him and they report every single thing to him<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. In return they get good appraisals, job security and etc</mark>. I dont really know why MD & Chairman sir are not able to look at this situation yet because they are so nice that if they sense something like this is happening they would have definitely taken up some steps or i think they are still unaware of the situation. These people have polluted the whole enviroment of the organisation. Recently after a appraisal cycle many people got less hikes only because they were more focused towards there assigned work rather being favourites. Company is good, there are a lot of things which you can learn, from automobile to HVAC you can learn a lot of different technologies, They have almost every facility available when it comes to work. I found some really nice mentors as well there. I know politics is there in every organisation but here its way too ugly and you might loose your job even though you are performing well.
