You will get a chance to lead, support and take decisions and work with a wide variety of products and a wide range of models. Also get an opportunity to work in dynamic work environment and gain lots of knowledge in different fields such as testing, designing, development and customer handling in some cases.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very bad. Lots of internal issues with other departments. Tight Project deadline, low employees as needed. High work pressure. Less supportive people. Holidays are compromised depending upon project.

Design and Development of Air conditioners new models balancing the system cycle thermodynamic-ally,designing system tubing 3D/2D ,sheet metal components and other parts, providing BOM, production guidelines, ECN and other necessary docs. to prod. house.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
