Top Management totally depends upon the feedback of FEW peoples especially on top positions. Faculty members are highly dissatisfied and disappointed due to non availability of PVC and VC. ONly one person from the last 20 years is promoted and getting increments. The person is below average and substandard. He captured the entire system and make a team of few peoples who are incompetent.

Dominating Army Culture. Senior Treats you like you are good for nothing. B**tlicking Culture . No Promotion , No Appraisals even after giving your 101 percent. HR and Admin is the most corrupt department .... Without Non Veg and Alcohal your file will be rejected on the spot .
