ANR Software is an excellent place for both freshers and experienced professionals. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and development, and the senior support is exceptional. The working environment and work culture is much better here.

Salary Structure - there are many deductions from your CTC and you won't get anything in return to justify it. If your salary package is 4 LPA then you can expect only 1.5 to 2 LPA in-hand salry.

Dislikes

Management is worst, they don't concern about employees, they will expect you to work even after your official 10 hour's shift is over.

No work-life balance, no salary satisfaction, no pay for an extra shifts.
