No growth, there is very less salary increment. Even on PCI my salary is not incremented as it was said by the HR that it will be incremented but it's been 8 months now my salary is not been incremented after giving the PCI certificate

Well, it's a Library in terms of learning. You'll learn from mistakes, the more you make em the more you'll avoid it the next time so I'd say it's a good step towards learning.

Dislikes

A lot of unnecessary flattery towards the boss is required. The more you do it, lesser work, lesser trouble, your faults won't be held against you. However, I never could do it and I was bullied a lot by my manager. She made my life complete hell. She favoured people who laughed at her lame jokes. Pretty non competent towards emergencies, lazy af. There wasn't a single day without anxiety for me until one day I got used to it and worked anyway cz I couldn't get a job anywhere else. Forget work life balance, forget life in general. I for my personal experience had a terrible experience working there....Read More
