Since it located in Thane Wagle Estate, traveling is pretty convenient. More freedom in terms of development and research as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

- Salary for all positions especially Digitalization Department which includes most development positions is below average. - Management and Higher Up are more concerned about making money and will propose absurd timelines to clients. - Even as a fresher you may be assigned to multiple projects or clients, showing false increased experience. - Do not join this company if you expect proper project management and hierarchy especially freshers. There is lack of leads and guidance is scarce. - They ask for bond of 2 year when joining and add 1 year after every increment. - They also have clauses which make it very difficult for someone to find other jobs after leaving the company....Read More

Worst Company Ever. I suggest never join this company due to company politics if you have connections with CEO then join this company you will get paid with good amount but if you dont then please dont join. They have not given me appraisal for 1 year and when I asked them they say company's sales are not good but at the same time they gave 100% appraisal to INTERNS(Having Connections With CEO). When you are serving notice period and you get ill then they would not consider that even if you are dieing and admitted in the hospital they are least concern they want their work to be done and HR cut your leave from your salary. For career growth it is nice.

Dislikes

All decisions are only taken by only one person i.e Digitilization Head. No one apart from him have any rights like if light is not there, HR also doesnt have right to allow wfh. Employees are asked to sit in office without AC, Wifi and work. Job security is also not there. Some of the iron pillars are only given priority.

The office politics is out of hand recently the sales VP Rohit was removed from company as over 50% of employees complained of office politics Him with his wife Reema they even took the gov grant money of interns and kept for themselves The interns already made 12k only This couple cut their salary to 4k just because they recieved the govt grant money. Stay away stay safe
