Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Bad working culture, 13-15 peaks in a month Peak timing up to 9:30 am to 12:30 pm Every week 3 peeks, month end last 5 days peak High pressure Employees are addicted to alcohol and force others to drink alcohol They are living to just drink alocohol Where ever the team goes unofficially empolyee should go.
