As a group, it provides good policies for employee.

Dislikes

Atlas copco group includes no of companies. Therefore there is conflict between this companies. In GAP office there is too much politics, treatment to employee are not proper. Facilities are provided properly.

They have Good work life culture. Job security 100%. Good HR policy. Good if you join Atlas Copco GECIA office.

Dislikes

Low increment cycle. Poor canteen. Lot of polities in GAP office, who are working on site on GECIA role in GAP office.
