After some time I have moved to onsite employee as in client's place which is also in Chennai.

Dislikes

Till then I have been working almost 10 to 14 hrs every day just to achieve target. Most of the day we have work for extra hours night and day....

I don't like anything in this company. No work like balance. More pressure and you can't spend time peacefully even ita Sunday. I have health issues...because I worked for more than 12 hrs in WFH. There will no career growth. I recommend not to join in any CAT clients like ARI, Onward, GGS..etc..all projects u need to deliver in very time with 100 quality...loosu pasanga..
