Hard to Detect any positive things in company. Work as worst than start-up. 100 people company so you are in keen surveillance. Zomato like dress and other dress code restrictions.

Poor management, job is not secure at all, micromanagement and too much favour for old colleague, they hire 5 at same time and keep one among them. HR says same lines to all new joiner. It's not tech company they have unrealistic dead line and don't think you can make dependency too many vendors are already working for them, management do not understand the real problem and you are fired with negative feedback. It's really hard to find new job after you fired with negative feedback. Please avoid to join Autozone. Poor work life balance due to india and us shift together....Read More

Dislikes

Too much micromanagement, it feels like multinational company but it's is worst than start-up too much politics. Hire and fire you, module based hiring, too many restrictions. No humanity. People forgot to laugh. 14-15 hours of work, No HR policy for employee. They may abuse you on floor or in group even in front of vendor. Profile structure is bad which degrade your profile.
