Hard to Detect any positive things in company. Work as worst than start-up. 100 people company so you are in keen surveillance. Zomato like dress and other dress code restrictions.

Poor management, job is not secure at all, micromanagement and too much favour for old colleague, they hire 5 at same time and keep one among them. HR says same lines to all new joiner. It's not tech company they have unrealistic dead line and don't think you can make dependency too many vendors are already working for them, management do not understand the real problem and you are fired with negative feedback. Office policies are not good, too much micromanagement and restrictions. Work load is too much, no work Life balance, you can not manage your leave as per your plan many restrictions. India team work as vendor.

Strict timings, too much micromanagement, 80 people company, narrow deadline, no work life balance due to india and US time collaboration. No HR policy for employees, No onsite opportunity.
