work culture of AVAADA, Job Security especially during pandemic time, company policy and appraisal, contributing to social activities in areas wherever company is developing its plant, building a friendly, cultural & treating every teammates as a family above all management is very good of this company.

Dislikes

Sometimes we had to work on sunday half days to meet our deadlines which was little painful but to complete & meet the deadlines its is ok to work on off days too.

Work Details

Working for AVAADA was very good experience of mine, even we use to have some pressure of work on us but our seniors & other subordinates used to support everyone in the team without hesitating or whichever department he belongs to.
