Senior leadership is a big joke. They placed most incompetent people they can find in the World and put them on Senior-most positions. Its like a bunch of jokers running around without having a plan or skill. Yes-Sir is biggest problem and people do anything to comply with what promoters wants without even thinking if its sane or rational (in fact promoter himself doesn't know what he wants and lie tooth and nail...whole scenario is a big joke on your career if you work here.)...Read More
