Job is secure here. The company provides ample leaves and average compensation. HR policies are generally good.

Management: Indifferent and short sighted. It doesn't care about employees or the company. Planning: Most employees are complacent about their work as there is no accountability. If you can be complacent, and able to dodge work, you may actually enjoy here. Surviving the day is the norm. No short or long term planning is done. Everything will be sudden. Culture: Colleagues will not share any knowledge with when you come across a new task. They will just give you a file and ask you to figure out everything in a complex task. They will say that they also learned in similar way. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Heirarchy: If you have 5 different persons for procuring work and only 1 of them for appraisal, your work will never get noticed</mark>.
