Planning: Most employees are complacent about their work as there is no accountability.
If you can be complacent, and able to dodge work, you may actually enjoy here. Surviving the day is the norm. No short or long term planning is done. Everything will be sudden.
Culture: Colleagues will not share any knowledge with when you come across a new task. They will just give you a file and ask you to figure out everything in a complex task. They will say that they also learned in similar way.
Heirarchy: If you have 5 different persons for procuring work and only 1 of them for appraisal, your work will never get noticed. Especially, when there is no documentation, or communication in the team. In such a setting, you must take everything in email copying your appraisal manager. Also save time to prepare a log from first day.
