Those who love teaching and being with children will love this job for the 1st year. But you have to work in both school and office for long hours which is too hectic, that too without any local transport as the places are too remote.

Dislikes

The place is too remote without local transport and very unsafe for women both in day or night. Worst office culture with tremendous mental pressure thus worst work life balance. No proper office like setup that too without any HR so no one to help you in any situation. The manager and other staffs were the worst part. They will even meddle in everyone's private life therefore there is no privacy. Worst place to work for as there is no place for skill development and you will be draining all your worth, self respect and knowledge....Read More

Security is good but that is all about it. The culture is supposed to be democratic and without any heirarchy, but it is ingrained.

A company with a beautiful culture and people. They support you in every thing.

Dislikes

During the associate our work is to go to a school for whole year and learn how a school run. This sometimes become too boring and you don't understand what to do in school whole day. Senior just asked to go to school but never clearly stated what to do there.
