The best part of it was it is near my home and working time is also suitable for ladies. But job security is not there because we are working on casual base. But, there are some other medical benefits and salary is good and on the time. I would like to work again there, if I get chance again.

You skill will mismatch in future while you are opting for other opportunities/job. Plus there is no work culture in BEL.
