The best part of it was it is near my home and working time is also suitable for ladies. But job security is not there because we are working on casual base. But, there are some other medical benefits and salary is good and on the time. I would like to work again there, if I get chance again.

Dislikes

You skill will mismatch in future while you are opting for other opportunities/job. Plus there is no work culture in BEL.

Clean,Green, Calm and placid working environment. Management and working staff are very supportive and skillful. Company policies are very fair and transparent. Timely Appraisals and benefits and bonuses alongwith multiple benefits.

Dislikes

Apprenticeship training period should be extended or given 2 3 year role to gain much knowledge and skills.
