COMPANY HAS A HIGH REPUTATION. LESS STRESSFUL WORK ENVIRONMENT SINCE THIS IS A PSU. SINCE IT IS A DEFENCE PSU ONE MIGHT GET A CHANCE TO SEE AND INVOLVE IN MANY MILITARY PROJECTS.

SUPERIORS WILL BE TOO BUSY, SO THAT THEY OFTEN DON'T FIND TIME TO TEACH TRAINEES ABOUT THE PROJECT. MOST OF THE JOB DONE BY TRAINEES WILL BE THAT OF AN ATTENDER. THEY WILL MAKE YOU ROAM HERE AND THERE TO GIVE LETTERS, OR TO TAKE SOME THINGS. AND IN OTHER TIMES YOU WILL BE SITTING SIMPLY INFRONT OF COMPUTER DOING NOTHING AT ALL. SO THERE WILL BE LITTLE ONE MIGHT LEARN FROM HERE LIKE WORKING IN SAP ETC....Read More
