Extreme corporate politics, Favouritism, Less career growth opportunities and Yearly Incerement is pathetic. Also lots of deductions from Salary.

Overall experince was good but frustrated because office politics. If you are in the good book of your Manager or Team Leader then its sorted but if you are not then you will going to suffer with lot of work with minimum yearly increment.

Very good effort by shore staff , tried best for relief on time and help all the time while working from home . Also onboard so many helping hands in this situation. Company taking care of each person while providing extra bonus , net card etc. I really thanks BSM from my heart.
