Culture & Team mates. Too much politics. seniors not appreciating SM Hard work,also each and every moment Area Manager taking feedback from House-Keeping & Sales Staff. Ground level staff always keeps eyes on Store Manager and delivering bad things about SM to Area Manager. Also Sales Staff taking undue advantages of SMs leniency.It doesn't matter,how much u supported to your team, but staff reacting badly. Staff is very arrogant, lethargic, incompetent, Lazy, always ready to spend time outside the store and while you complain & Tell HR To cross check the camera, AREA MANAGER Denies and support to sales staff. If they have blind trust on SALES STAFF than why they people are hiring SMs. Bad AM & HR. Organisation can ditch you any time....Read More
