As the company doesn't compromise on the quality of cement products, it is and added advantage for the technical team to deal to clients/customers to convience them to use the product when comparing with other brands available in the market .

Dislikes

Though the company is said to be an MNC i didn't have a very good experience from my superiors both from marketing and technical side on the way they treat their sub ordintes.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality products and has a global client base. Bharathi cement corporation Pvt LTD is a MNC. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background.and we work happily in collaboration.
