Dislikes

No proper work location. Offer letter place of posting is just for formal, after return from Hyderabad regional head & zonal head discussion is everything. Often transfer of work location. False commitment to dealers from manager & zonal head put sales person in trouble. Branch head position is simply waste in bharathi cement.

There is no truth as per offer letter...salary wise on time ...product & company culture good...but midlevel communication not satisfied
