Management is in favor with old employees, Gossip place, Higher managers like N is almost puppet of old employees. one of the old Project Manger (AB) works almost for 10 years here if you are working with him make sure you cant make longer in project as well as in organization. He can eat your job at any given point of time. Very inhuman behavior of management, inappropriate HR policies. The only good thing is Work life balance

If you are only earning member in your family than never join this company. There is no job security at all. Apart from that you may learn few things or upgrade your skills. But you can get fired in a day. Company is small but they have Maintained the structure. Salaries are on time but if you are not performing they can deduct yoursalary from 1st month.
