They pay higher then market to hire people and as the company is not stable and there is not even one stable project in company it is worth to join some other company at lower package then joining BlueStacks at higher package as when you are laid off then getting job is next to impossible as in market you will not get same packs andif you wanted to join at lower package still no one will consider this and one of your excuses will be considered so ultimately your carrier is destroyed...Read More
