There are lot of things which I dislike: 1. Appraisals will be delayed whenever management wants. 2. No additional benifits like cab or food. 3. Offices will be crowded and no place to sit except on Mondays and Fridays 4. Your hike depends only on manager and a lot of politics is involved. 5. Canteen is also worst. Brillio Management suddenly changes employee benefit policies. They postponed yearly appraisals from March to July & August. Firstly employee have to wait 1 year for appraisal, and then suddenly an email comes saying it has been postponed.
