For beginners it's okay but for professionals it's just not helping in any aspect!!

Dislikes

1. Poor rostering. 2. INR 500/- deduction for per transport miss. 3. Post shift over cab hold for 30mins any staff can place. Earlier the same cab hold was for 50 mins. If your shift is over and u stuck in call other 6 people in cab will suffer wait time. 4. Average tenure of staff working is not more than 1 year which means peopleleave and attrition rate is too high and people don't leave offices they leave their bosses. 5. Cafeteria has only packed items available like Sandwich and chips/tea. Bonus late shift comers are beggers they have nothing. 6. At times mandate overtime is also pushed. 7. You can not afford any unsched on weekends; incentive would cut out plus bonus is memo issuance which will impact your overall appraisal 8. Seat assignments happen so donot sit with your team people basically you are within a team but you get to meet your team people shift wise. 9. Only two people can go washroom at once as they have only two people available space so if you have sn urgency then you tossed amongst floors. 10.This is first org that has got people promoted with reduced salary and more responsibility. I uses to dream about this company once upon a time but now it's no more same I m living the dream already n really I m not sure about others but it makes me feel good about that i m a part of it now n I hope with my finger crossed that I will be counting my years with growth ahead
