Big name, corporate, travel industry knowledge.

Dislikes

Roaster they publish has no sense. You don’t get to use your own paid leaves, getting an off is very difficult. There is no secrecy from Business managers to managers to supervisors. Work life balance negligible. You don’t get salary as per the work load. BA don’t handle customers like they should. They don’t provide refunds even when cases are going on for months.

The worst company culture, enviornment is literally toxic including the management, they offer peanuts and want you to build great wall of china on your own. They just need ways and excuses to cut your already less offered package by using cheap tricks in the name of attendance, compliances and would never give you the money you oweto them. Absolutely toxic, egoistic, autocratic, micromanaging managers and school like culture. Deprived of freedom of speech, expressions and justice.

Staff travel that's all but for that also u hv to struggle as that totally depends on load. No preference given

Alot of dislikes. No respect. ABMs and BMs are not aware of your work personally & even if they know u r a good worker, they will still believe the lies of ur TM. Shame as they don't provide work life balance. No appraisals, deduct incentives. If u need an emergency leave, ur allowance gets deducted. Really a struggle if the person is unwell, no trust, despite of providing docs,& leave in kitty they deduct money. Kaam zarurat se zyada karwaana aur paesa maarna. Join anywhere but not this organization. Food & water is unsafe. The moment you enter the building there's no network. Shift swap has to b done outside 72 hrs sla & if u say something, u r asked to leave. U r not gvn a chance to meet your colleagues. they send you home from outside. Only ppl who r old in sys given preference...Read More

Absolutely nothing , they would charge you for the privilege to work if they could. If it was not the fact that slavery is abolished , they would put chains and force you to work 24/7. They do not understand what sickness means , what family means , what personal life means.

Dislikes

I would have to write a whole book and the comparison with East India company would not end. You may be dying but they would say work until you are dead. Business comes first.

Management is unable to provide the environment in which the employees can feel empowered. Promotions are being done as favoritism thrives here. The promotions done are the people who lack most of the skills required. No work life balance, asks employees to provide services to the customer in a very harsh work environment with micromanagement being done by supervisors.
