Likes

Occasional friday treats. Nice gesture. Flexibility with swapping shifts (which works sometimes). Some of the management are good folks. They listen. Brand value. Staff travel.

Dislikes

Awful salary for what you actually do. Peanuts for annual increments. Incentives are very lacklustre. Sick leave policy is ludicrous. Rotational shifts are all over the place. No hybrid (when everyone and their naan do it). Low scope of promotions without politics.

Working in various night shifts although body clock is destroyed, on missing cab one way rs.500 deduction, night allowance but on taking 2 SLs that is deducted. Incentives Max 12k but parameters are extremely tough. World travel works on Amadeus worldspan sabre but we work in Pegasus which no travel industry recognizes. Appraisal very hard.
