The office is not bad, good infrastructure

Dislikes

Top management holds all the power, especially the ones from onsite. The Bangalore office has mostly telegu people. Most VPs and AVPs are telegu who came from the Hyderabad office and they are filling their teams with mostly telegu people. HRs are worthless and do not listen to employees. They want to get rid of most employees and filling up the space with interns with very less salary. Hence, they are distributing the remaining budget by giving each others hefty hikes and promotion. One of worst companies in Bangalore. Not at all employee friendly. Some managers threaten their employees to resign saying they won't give them good feedback so that no other company will hire them. They harassed me so much that I was forced to resign. Poor employees like can do no action against such people except for writing reviews anonymously....Read More

Everything is micro-managed by the company head. Managers as no power and authority to take any decision. Sr. Management doesn't value the work and asks to bring the work and client. Deadlines are yesterday for most of the work and ask. People are forced to come to office despite no values. Instead of focusing on bringing more wealth and growth, the company's core focus is cost-cutting and micro-managing each individual. You won't know that a new silent rule will be thrown and employees will be monitored. Culture is more like you're in a school and the headmaster is running the school and the teacher has to follow the instructions or else throw them out....Read More
