Some people are not very supportive their work is done they will go. My team generally worked less while in office after going home they will do the work which I don't like. DSP technology at Cadence Pune is good to learn for couple of years. It is a good exposure.

Work culture it is like a govt company, lot of micromanagement, very toxic, no support at all, it is like fully dominated culture, people only care about work interms of binary work is done or not. If not then you are considered in-capable no matter what, I mean literally no-one gives a damn if u faced any issue.
