DSP technology at Cadence Pune is good to learn for couple of years. It is a good exposure.

Work culture it is like a govt company, lot of micromanagement, very toxic, no support at all, it is like fully dominated culture, people only care about work interms of binary work is done or not. If not then you are considered in-capable no matter what, I mean literally no-one gives a damn if u faced any issue.
