I worked in Bangalore RMZ office and the colleagues are supportive and no micro management. Hikes are descent and cat shares are really beneficial to cat employees

Dislikes

Work from office for 5 days, no flexibility in office cabs. Most of the senior colleagues works in Cat started their career there-itself. So those seniors are having lot of ego and attitude issues when a junior joins from another company with more salary than them. Very less learning skills, most of the managers in Cat are under skilled. It is very difficult to sustain when a person comes from very professional background from another companies....Read More
