Micro management, even if you have 10 years experience, the senior management will treat you like a fresher. They say shift timings are 12 pm to 9 pm Ist but it is not the same.. you have to stretch till 11:30 and occasionally it goes till 1:30 am. Also you have to come to office 3 days a week,you can't come 12 days and later do wfh...

Zero Leadership and strong micro management. In India They have strong micro managers teams who will sees when you come when you leave , no team bonding and command and control techniques of 80s and 90s , in India they are failing to build right culture. Seems you are in call center and not in a IT companies. Very unprofessional.

They have people managers in each department who micromanages at granular level, leaving no room for trust or autonomy. The overall work culture is extremely toxic and demotivating. Leaders are without leadership qualities guiding you nowhere. I strongly advise job seekers no to join, it could damage your mental well-being and career progrssion

Unfortunately, the work environment is heavily micromanaged. The constant oversight breaks confidence and doesn't feel empowered. Work life balance is virtually non existent. Job satisfaction is low due to lack of culture that prioritizes control over collaboration. There is lot of scope for improvement
