It is a very nice company where a lot of things to learn & teach. There are great opportunities to newcomers in it. It is a dominated company in skilling. The best thing in it is the salary of its employee always credit in his/her account timely. No doubt financially the company is very strong but hirarchy level is poor. In this way we can say the company overall is the best.

Salary is on time and the clame settelment is good on time.

Dislikes

There is no growth seen as a trainer and no one is going to support to grow in the organisation.

It is good and i want to add 1 thing that the company is very very good but the lack of communication gap in the HR team and the ground team that's why there is no scope of growth seen for the new comers who wants to make a good career with centum.
