The team is very helpful. They will guide you and help to keep your mental peace.

However they give too much power to the superior, and do not like to question the decision of superior even if the result might not be as favourable. But it is something that they should improve on their own and it does not affect my work life. They would judge if you give straightforward answers to superior instead of requesting for something and definitely would judge if you leave office on time. At one time, for the latter one they stop like after 2 months. There is the "come on Saturday" for people who don't cover targets but no overtime or no attendance for those days. Also definitely putting my fake employment dates as I left the company in good terms and since the team is very less, it will be easily trackable....Read More
