Nothing seems to be liked here. Everything is super toxic I wish I could date it negative

One of the worst organisation I have ever joined Legally this organisation should be banned There is lot of politics involved & employees feel super toxic They force you to work extra and even on weekends They deduct your salary & variable pay is hardly being paid The attrition rate of the organisation is soo bad. They hire & fire employee & play with their carrier No proper training is given and over time is expected since initial days. They torture you and exhaust you mentally.

Dislikes

However they give too much power to the superior, and do not like to question the decision of superior even if the result might not be as favourable. But it is something that they should improve on their own and it does not affect my work life. They would judge if you give straightforward answers to superior instead of requesting for something and definitely would judge if you leave office on time. At one time, for the latter one they stop like after 2 months. There is the "come on Saturday" for people who don't cover targets but no overtime or no attendance for those days. Also definitely putting my fake employment dates as I left the company in good terms and since the team is very less, it will be easily trackable.

Excellent firm to start your career in technical TA. The trainings cover all the basic aspects of recruitment. I got the opportunity to learn recruitment even though i had some experience in other fields.

Managers are good but most of them are very young

Some pros- fully Work from home 20+ paid leave PF insurance good clients career growth Exceptional team members and colleagues Very good HR team. Always available to support.

cons- some clients are not responsive, slowing down the work

all the team members are so friendly. everything runs so smoothly. very positive and encouraging feeling overall.

Dislikes

For employees not in main cities, your own laptop required. For work from home, productivity software is required to be installed on PC.
