I worked in Cipla for six years almost as Business Manager. It's a decent company. Salary and benefits are good. Promotion and growth structures are very complicated.

Dislikes

Local Management. They don't have proper strategy to gain the market share. Incapable peoples are there in upper management.

Sudden changes in reporting level, favorism at superior level. Frequent resignations in ground level employees.

When I join in the company it was heaven. But when Dr.Y.K.Hamied handed over to CEO and full HR structure.... It's gone. Now they are not taking care of employees. Most of the people are working for their commitment without work satisfaction.

Dislikes

Bringing more startergy without time bond and without proper prediction on outcome of the startergy. It ruins sales employees. Cipla is well known for bringing new startergy , when others are dear to work that startergy.
