Once join organisation is driven by HR and finance only not the technical persons who will really work for revenue generation of company and growth. No encouragement from senior leadership. Everyone from top to bottom think of securing their own jobs not the organisation growth or requirement. Work culture is worst. HR policies will differ unit to unit but senior leadership will be focusing and give speeches regarding one credo. Worst in promotion as people have to satisfy HR for promotion instead of working.
