Un realistic targets are given. There is always wall between lower level employees and higher management. Managers in between take advantage of this and they make other people as scapegoat if targets are not achieved.

If you really want to suffer and stop yourself from growth, this is the right place to join. -They will harrass you while paying your salary, -No value for accountants. -They ask you to work for their personal benefits and if you deny, they will target you. -They contradict with their policies and process of work, they put somethingon paper but in reality we need to obey what they say, -need to work against office ethics and morale. -Sales persons works against process, and if you don't obey sales persons orders, they all will collectively target you by making you a guilt by giving unnecessary works and portray as if you missed the target. -Specifically one short guy, who manipulates management by concealing facts and portray the guilty is us...
