Only thing which anyone can like here is no work load as such where you will say that I have got some work to do.

Dislikes

In terms of promotion you will have to compromise if you are specially in core technical profile, salary will also be less as per market standard. You will not be able to work on projects where you will learn a lot of technical stuff, most of those work will be given to US and Canada teams and here you will mostly work on tickets which will not give you a lot of experience in that particular technology. Company may fire or will ask you take exit especially if your salary is mostly above double digit....Read More

Multiple groups in team, no unity, but the best thing is management is always aware of this and they know what is going on in the team.
