Handling team and clients for the first time, thanks to both the directors for trust and guidance on every step to employees. Once a responsibility is given there is a free hand and no micromanagement done. Thank you contactx for such a wonderful experience.

The tolerence is low for unethical practices, non performers and manipulaters.. Sometimes a chance or two is given to see if people change.

This is absolutely false allegation . Everything is clearly mentioned in the offer letter itself Moreover HR policy which you read on the first day of joining has all the details. If any one has objection can raise there and then or leave the first day, Unlike yourself absoonded after picking up the Salary. You should have official written or asked if any clarification , this way maligning the company that gave you an opportunity when you really needed one is not appreciated.
