there is nothing to like about. Worst Company ever.

1 Job security 0 because when u join u treaded very nice but after 6 months something is wrong behavior of your superiors' changes, and u will be dragged by their dirty politics All Qc is wanted to save their jobs while firing others. 2.very less salary and your quality are poor then salary deduction is there. 3.you never get a chance to promote because u already got fired. 5.today you have job if u good to Qc u need to do to make Qc happy. 6.no Saturday off sometime u have to logged in Sundays also if load is there. One task u have to repeat again and again. 7.there is no work satisfaction and every time u revolve around companies' dirty politics....Read More

I like the journey of learning, collaboration, growth. Exciting Projects to Fun Activities. L&D Sessions. Seniors sharing their knowledge over a cup of tea. Appreciatation from Clients, recognitions. Team outing, sports, games competition, festive celebrations. Everyone here are supportive, People are amazing, Work keeps evolving.

Dislikes

There aren't such things I dislike about CoreFlex, but there are some minor things that can improve. Activities that helps employees engagement and keep their minds fresh like, Outings, Fun Fridays, these are not frequent.

There is nothing to be liked about coreflex no culture below average management we never got paid on time salary always delayed by 6-7 days I hope you consider any other workplace than coreflex

Don't like anything about Coreflex

Dislikes

Very strict timing ,less salary,so much workload,daily nightshift,useless manager she didn't listen to employees only listen to Qc.one to one interaction is not there,if u get the job here you'll get terminated within 6 months,if not complete your target withing time then u not able to go home until you complete the target.
