If you are not in the corporate sector and want to build a career in accounting, this company is good—but only for learning purposes. If you are looking for career growth here, you are making a mistake. Join this company for one year and focus only on learning. During this time, don’t worry about your salary. After one year, look for better opportunities in other companies. In this company, only those who flatter the management get promotions, not hardworking employees. Some people sitting under the manager get good salary increments every year without doing much work, while those who work hard do not get proper raises. Additionally, employee welfare is not a priority here. The washrooms are in very poor condition, and there is no hygiene. Since the company has a large employee base, they should maintain hygiene properly, but they don’t. The washroom conditions are so bad that employees can even get a urinary infection. If you are joining this company only to learn, then you can go ahead with it....Read More

Quality of work and if u invest some time in skills u have ample to learn

Office politics at its peak. If u come through source in company, u will get good salary and promotion without doing any work. Or else give ur best in return u will just get more work.. no increment no promotions. No division of work in teams ..the one who is doing work will remain doing all stuff. The one who has good terms with manager or is hired through source sits back and just chill around.

Very bad culture and environment is there. No rules and regulations. I resigned by serving 2 months notice but my salary for 1.5 months plus gratuity still due, even after so many mails and calls they did not respond.
