Everywhere in this organisation you find manager Chamchas. Sorry to use it but it’s a fact. If your from a MNCs please don’t join it’s an advise from me. Leave policy, work culture and work life balance is very bad. If your manager you have any misunderstandings they will remove in 1 day, no Job security. Nice salary and company culture. Safety is given prime importance. Flexible working hours. Less work pressure.

Dislikes

If you are a fresher and you want to go in any specific department, you are not given a choice to go in that department at first and have to serve in any other department for at least 18 months. After that interview will be scheduled for you for job rotation. They have 3 months of notice period.
