There are several benefits here that I truly admire, such as health insurance covering employees and parents. The flexibility of work options-like work from home, anywhere, or hybrid arrangements-is very convenient. Also, the company supports work-life balance for women through flexible hours and extended maternity leaves, along with offering paternity leaves. How much you are not capable to meet expectations of your reporting. you will find over here only. Dirty politics in team. No knowledge sharing, 0 support from reporting, horrible planning, restrictions to share required documents with vendors, due to that vendor faced the losses, unnecessary created pressure & so on. The people who are working since long, they have created their own empire & not ready to accept the change. Whenever you talk about the new process they will push you down....Read More
