Even if you're talented, you still won't get higher positions and are called overeducated. The company is gender biased females will have great opportunities to grow in a white collar job and environment. Males won't survive. Please skip this firm, many talented people stay for 3 years to get at least GET job after working under contract,t still get offboarded.
