Leave policy is good Can learn ground level operations and basic excel works. High understanding of logistics happen(only if ur in gateways)

No proper office work culture, nothing will be provided from company side unless ur fresher(that too for 15 days) Operations is worst place to work in. Salary compensation is less compared to other companies. No proper infrastructure. Micro management. Don't join if it comes to your campus placements
